The entire staff right from the Reception, in particular James to housekeeping, to engineering to the buggy driver, to the hostess to bell boy were extremely courteous, proactive and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Hospitality at its best! The breakfast spread and quality of food was awesome. Kudos to Sous Chef Harish Rawat and his team The entire property is so picturesque and well maintained. A great place to unwind and bask in the beauty of nature.

The breakfast buffet at Malabar cafe had an extensive South Indian spread which was quite tasty as well. The fitness centre was quite good and the swimming coach mr Ratheesh who doubled up as gym instructor was very helpful
