We came as a group of 12 for a one-night party and were truly impressed by the high level of service and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is modern, high-quality, and clearly very well managed. Every detail was carefully considered — everything we requested was arranged perfectly. Loved our stay! Visited Alba for a wedding and our stay at Parco Reala was beyond exception. Mio was exceptional at communication before arrival. During our time, meeting the lovely family of Mio, Marco, and kids made us feel like family. We loved each personal interaction, which creates memories on a vacation compared to a hotel. Everything to the detail was amazing. The location is very scenic and private, and has a great pool. Breakfast was fresh and had homemade pastries that were delicious. The rooms are updated and feel like new. There's even an extra plus of use of the spa which includes a jacuzzi and sauna. Location is perfect, as there's shopping, restaurants, and cafe's all minutes away. Five stars ! Our stay was nothing short of magical, and the warm, family atmosphere made it an experience we will cherish forever.

The location is marvelous. It's walking distance away from the most important tourist attractions in the city. Well connected with public transport, yet silent in the evening. The place was impeccably clean, lovely designed and well equipped. The bathroom was very nice and cozy. The hosts left a nice welcome snack for us. The beds were comfy with a range of pillows to choose from. I can only recommend this place and hope to come back some day.
