So helpful explaining to us. Helped us with whatever requests we have. She had made our experience with Kanazawa and the hotel perfect. Even though it's stated no breakfast, there's bread, Jam, drinks for us at the reception. A very thoughtful and detail hotel. Provides snacks for kids, hot packs and even card games. Very generous in providing things that travelers need.

Excellent location. (near Kenrokuen, Chaya district, etc.) Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Free coffee, tea, juice, soba, etc.

Loved the location because the hotel was away from the congestion of the train station, yet the free hotel shuttle gave us the opportunity to experience all of the tourist spots of Kanazawa. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. The breakfast that was included was fantastic with both Japanese and western variety. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The gardens were lovely.
