It was a great experience! I met the owner upon my arrival and he showed me everything. He was super hostile and friendly. It was very easy going conversation. Also the host provided extra water, bed lining and guided me about local supermarkets. The location is right in the city centre. I have arrived for the swimming competition and the apartment was about few minutes walk from the beach. The shops are also 2 minutes walk. Wifi worked perfect.

Located just 200 metres away from the beach in an apartment complex with a children’s playground and a swimming pool. The apartment’s kitchen itself had everything one could wish for - dishes, glasses, all kinds of pots, and some food such as cereals, rice, spices. There is a bathtub, a very good boiler with hottest water possible, and a washing machine. The host made sure to put truly a lot of towels, which was very convenient. The terrace is amazing, with lots of greenery and privacy. The host made sure to accompany us on every step of the check in and check out, messaging us beforehand with instructions and clarifications, which was absolutely great! We would love to come back!

Stunning panorama towards the Bay of Kotor. Even if the roads are narrow as the ear of a needle, it worths the effort to get there. The interior is decorated with good taste and the apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Since the weather was hotter than expected, the pool in the back was a blessing. Figs and limes make the stay delicious, but be careful of cacti 🤭 The host, Anna, is not only a delightful appearance but a responsive and helpful host. We will come back for sure. 🤗

Few steps from the sea. Very clean, cozy, all furnitures I needed, lots of space for up to 2 people. Very friendly and welcoming host.

Nikoleta was a fantastic host and was available anytime if needed. The apartment was beautiful and clean with lots of extras, drinks, sweets, toiletries etc. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Mikie took us to Tivat on his boat at a really good price as we were guests at Armonia and told us lots of history about Perast and Montenegro. Thanks to all of you, you made our trip to Montenegro relaxing and most enjoyable.

We really liked the place, the property was very clean and includes the necessary things such as kitchen and bathroom accessories. The owners was very nice!! the ancient building that was renovated inside, with the location and the beautiful view on the seashore created an amazing atmosphere.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel with staff who are very customer oriented. There are not enough words to praise the staff at Grand Hotel Perast. It was a memorable experience. We will surely return.

The hotel provides an impeccable experience from A to Z - it's location can't be beat, it's gorgeous design-wise, the team is super friendly and responsive, and, unlike many non-branded properties, the ergonomics are on top, from room finishings to soundproof. Highly recommended for a stay in Perast.
