The staff were all very helpful. They often already knew I needed gluten-free meals, so I helped point out what I could have and what they could adapt for me. Our butler Niyaz helped us book excursions and meals and gave us interesting information on the local wildlife, which is plentiful. The complimentary snorkle equipment was the most useful thing this holiday. We spent most days going for at least one snorkle around the home reef, with its hundreds of fish species and ocean life. It was like swimming in an aquarium. We even got to see a few turtles on our swims. The cocktails were lovely, plentiful, and not weakly poured. The bed was huge and super comfortable. And we were thankful we could turn the light on the aircon unit off. The curtains even blocked out most light for sleep, which was brilliant. The back jacuzzi was wonderful, sitting in that whilst a storm rolled by with a cocktail and canapes in hand was a wonderful experience. I can not recommend enough going to Hanifaru Bay. We got to swim with feeding manta rays who came so close that they would sweep past and touch us slightly. Such giant majestic creatures, really it was a magical experience.

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Asia visiting about 8 countries. The reef was impressive, the foods were wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the hotel staffs to restaurants to activities staffs. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The whole experience there was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was very good especially at the Asian restaurant and during the thematic food nights. The beach was nice and you can go for snorkeling right in front the main beach. We saw a lot of sea life and enjoyed the sun beds and rotating swings at the beach. The pool is also nice, clean and kids and even toddler friendly. We were with our two years old and he loved the whole place and the experience, especially enjoyed the buggies available for transportation around the island. Rooms were very comfortable (ocean villa and beach villa) and there were a lot of well-thought facilities: experienced doctor, well-furnished kids center, etc.

I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. Everything! This place is a paradise! Amazing kind, responsive and positive staff, amazing activities, varied and delicious food. It was very clean (not only villas, but entire island). The communication is very nice via wthatsapp (no need to call or go to the reception for booking an excursion or ask something). The dive center and Aqua souls are amazing as well! One very important thing: there are no mosquitoes: the staff is taking care for that (as far as I know by natural ways like a smoke). The resort took care about everything (from taking you from the airport till return you on chick-in for your arrival flight). They organized everything and you don’t need to think for anything: just relax, enjoy and have fun!

Wow!!.... We had the most amazing time at one of the most amazing hotels we've ever stayed at, all the way from the beginning until the end our stay was flawless. - The Accommodation - We had an ocean view sea villa, the room size was perfect, each room has it's own pool and all the essentials, we spent a fair bit of time in the room as we have a 15month old boy who had just started walking and the weather was pretty hot so this tired him out alot. - The Food - We chose an all inclusive package, the food that was included (most of the menu) was more than enough for our requirement, we honestly didn't have a bad food item & we tried pretty much everything they had to offer. The buffet was always well stocked & had such a wide choice of meals. We highly recommend the BBQ restaurant as this was our favourite place. - The Hotel - This place had everything we needed for our 10 night visit, our plan was to get away from work life and relax therefore didn't need or want to do anything. We did however go on the dolphin sunset tour, this was included in our all inclusive package. And the dolphins were amazing. There is nothing not to like about the Maldives. - The Staff - Everybody from check-in, cleaners, caterers, chefs.... All the staff here were always very polite, very welcoming and amazing with our son. They did all they could and more, including having some nappies sent over via sea plane. Couldn't fault any staff member on site. - Stay Again? - We would 100% go back to this hotel, I would probably recommend anybody going with children who are mobile/walking to stay in a beach villa as this will give a little more piece of mind as the edge isn't protected, but this wasn't too much of an issue for us.
