This apartment is our favorite. This is our second stay. We would stay more but it is usually booked! Of all the apartments and homes we have rented, this is by far the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness and upkeep. It is very nicely decorated and everything is new. You will not go wrong with this place. Many thanks to the owners for offering such a nice little place for rent!

Everything was clean. Kitchenware was adequate, but we didn’t cook and eat at the unit. We were nearby what we needed so it was convenient for us.

The villa was beautiful and very roomy!! Bathroom was big and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool and backyard were great and since it was a little cool out we found ourselves by the gas fire pit in the evening. Everything was provided to get you started for a wonderful stay. Coffee, creamer sweeteners, toilet paper and paper towels. Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion were also provided. The beach was only 2-3 blocks away. Beach cart, Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were also available to use if you needed it. There is a trolly stop close to take you a short distance to the heart of cocoa beach. Only $1.50 a ride. A Breakfast place, tiki bar and a circle K were close enough to walk to. Rob and Krista were wonderful hosts! Rob even came by to set up the TV so we could watch the super-bowl with friends on the beautiful big TV! Can’t really say enough about this place.
