Boasting a spa, a gym and a swimming pool, Hotel Salta offers plush accommodation in central Salta, right in front of 9 de Julio Square. We were beyond satisfied with the stay at Hotel Salta.. the staff was excellent at the front desk and the restaurant. The breakfast that was included with our stay was fresh ,and very satisfying.The maid service was excellent. We couldn't recommend this hotel high enough.

Located in Salta, less than 1 km from El Tren a las Nubes, Dazzler by Wyndham Salta provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and they even let us take fruit and other items when we had an early start. Rooms are very clean and modern. Pool area is lovely Location perfect as right in middle of two main areas

We stayed in a lodge which was amazing with views across the vines to the mountains beyond. The hotel location is perfect. It is right in the midst of the vineyard but only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main square of Cafayate. Breakfast was lovely and served outside the main building. The pool was great. There was a burrowing owl who had made its home right between the pool and the vines! I recommend both the wine tour, tasting and restaurant at Nanni. Tasting at El Esteco and El Transito was also great.

Luxury Appart er gististaður í Salta, 800 metra frá El Tren a las Nubes og 1,8 km frá El Palacio Galerias-verslunarmiðstöðinni. Gististaðurinn býður upp á útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright with a very well equipped kitchen and super clean. There was secure parking for our motorcycle and a great panaderia and Dia supermarket close by. Communication was prompt and the arrival and departure process easy.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with great panoramic views, Altalaluna is an upscale colonial-style mansion with a spa and free Wi-Fi access. Gourmet dishes can be enjoyed at the restaurant. This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Great historic property, comfortable and great rooms. Great feel for the place and lots of history. Get a balcony room overlooking the inside courtyard.
