Service: Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. In particular, Jonathan at reception is an asset to the hotel. Speaks excellent English and goes out of his way to help. He gave me a room on the 32nd floor with a fabulous view. Thanks Jonathan! What else did I like? Wonderful breakfast, free afternoon tea, free noodles for supper. Ooh and don't miss the cute robots that deliver food to your room!
