The staff here are wonderful and speak very good English. They were so kind and really helped my friend and I by providing hand drawn and edited maps, knowledge on how to get to locations, allowing us to change our schedule and to leave our bags with them. There is always someone there to help. On our last day one of the staff members called GUOMENGFAN was amazing at helping us get to the airport and unfortunately we were not able to repay her kindness but I hope someone does! Thank you so so much GUOMENGFAN!! The beds in this hotel are roomy and very comfortable, good water pressure and temperatures, very good facilities and overall a great find.

It is a 5-minute walk from the Jiade Artistic Center and the National Art Museum of China. Great location. Didn't opt for the breakfast but ending up having it more than we anticipated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife forgot a bag in a taxi and they helped to retrieve it.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Exceptional property with a designer courtyard you won’t find anywhere in Beijing. The staff was very attentive and polite, most knew English quite well. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozily lit. Floors and beds were heated, which was especially nice on colder November days. Breakfasts were held in a quaint cafe with a second-floor terrace. Everyday it was a mix of Chinese and European-style dishes, and of course, dumpling soup. Various homemade teas available throughout the day for free, up until night. During check-in, there was a small inconvenience in our twin room, so we were freely upgraded to a gorgeous family loft with a private balcony. If you’re traveling as a group, this room should be the one to go. We left happy and recharged, ready for our next destination. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Le Zài Nanluo Hotel whenever we come to Beijing.
