Built in 2017, the property includes sauna and hot tub. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. The hotel is located near the old town and easily contacted by wechat, the owner is friendly and responded us very quickly. You can book car service to pick up from airport here with reasonable price. The same with tours around the city such as trip to Snow Moutain, Lugu lake,.... Room is nice, clean, and warm with air-conditioner, hair dryer, shampoo and everything else, I don't need to bring any of those with me in this trip. Especially if you love cake, try the rose cake from the hotel. It is so good I have to ask the owner to order for me to bring home as gift. They offer better prices than you go buy it yourself out in the old town. To sum up, it was a very pleased experience with Gemmer Hotel and Lijiang Old Town.

Enjoyed the breakfast and tea time at 4pm. The rooms are quite big. Easily able to walk to the pier. The concierge was very helpful in booking boat tickets.

Fantastic, spatious room, extremely kind and helpful staff, and small touches like fruit platter or free ginger tea since I was coming down with cold. Spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. I personally like Chinese breakfast, but there was also a broad choice for those preferring Western version.

They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well. Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages. Set 400 metres from Wangu Pavilion and offering a garden, Lijiang Yue Tu Inn features accommodation in Lijiang. Free WiFi is provided. The property is set in the ancient town. The Square Street and The Waterwheel are both 5 minutes' walk away. The location is very close to the Lijiang Old Town. The owner is supper support and helpful. He speaks English so well. The Inn is so cozy and beautiful. I love my stay here.

For guests' comfort, towels, free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Loved the design of the place, breakfast indoor area has a nice yard outside. Staff was a lovely guy who stayed up past midnight for my family as we had a transportation delay which caused us to arrive much later than expected. Excellent service. The tea served is from local tea leaves from staff’s friend who owns a tea plantation. Breakfast is always a hearty tasty main with a side of corn or sweet potato. Sometimes there are seasonal fruits bought by staff from the local market. Loved loved loved the warmth of the staff. Requests for additional food were granted, and if you cannot finish your food they also offer containers to pack them for you. Got a suite with two bedrooms, it has a living area with bar countertop and dining table and seats and one time welcome rose tea packs. Was perfect for my family of four.

Very nice, small boutique hotel in a good location in walking distance to tourist sights. Nice hosts who are very present, friendly, and welcoming. Nice, bright room with high ceiling and large window. Everything clean and in good condition. Nice courtyard and shared balcony. We had a very comfortable stay.
