The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Good location for winter as it wasn't too windy in the resort. There are many things to do for kids. Very nice entertainment for kids. My daughter loved the kids club and Balnura, especially, thank you ❤️. Very nice pool restaurant. The food was very delicious in both restaurants. They also served seafood and sushi. We also got some ala carte for free. Big thanks for nice care.
