The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Right from our early morning arrival, we appreciated that there was absolutely no problem with an early check-in before 2:00 PM. This kind gesture pleasantly surprised us and immediately enhanced our first impression of the hotel. The only minor negative experience occurred at the reception, where we encountered an employee whose behavior was somewhat arrogant. However, I must emphasize that this was the only unpleasant encounter with the staff during our entire stay. The rest of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Room and Comfort Upon entering our room, we were absolutely thrilled! The hotel is new, and it shows in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it was evident that not many guests had stayed in the room before us. The quality of the construction and furnishings was at a very high level – no gaps in the doors, no noise from the hallway, ensuring perfect peace and privacy. The highlight was the private heated pool, which we had right at our room – an absolutely fantastic feature that we enjoyed every day. A big thumbs up! Gastronomy We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurants. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant staff was professional, well-versed in the menu, and any request for modifications or changes to dishes was never a problem. It was clear that the hotel placed great emphasis on the quality of ingredients and the precise preparation of meals. Staff Unlike other hotels in Egypt, there was no constant "pressure" from vendors or staff offering various services. If someone did approach us with an offer, they were very polite, and after a courteous refusal, they simply wished us a nice day without further insistence. This is a big plus!

Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were doing their best. Great choice of meals . Everything fresh and tasty. Also good quality food products, which is not so obvious in hotels. Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)
