Everything was beyond what we expected. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Ciutadella and this one is our favourite. The rooms are immaculate and the quality of the furnishings are superb.

Room was perfect, bed comfortable, everything needed. The lobby is amazing, with its green wall and trees and plants, and fun places to sit among them and absorb the atmosphere. Pool looked lovely but we arrived too late to use it. Staff wonderful.

Breakfast is made from local products, selected with great attention and love to the guests. You can't want a better hotel. It's a heavenly place to slow down, see the beauty of the island and this hotel. Top marks, it was a great experience!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Es Mercadal and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff's kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location, nestled in the heart of the island, is perfect for exploring all that the region has to offer. Es Mercadal itself is a charming and authentic village, offering a genuine taste of local culture. The variety of excellent restaurant options nearby made every meal a delight. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Naglalaan ang Seranova Luxury Hotel - Adults Only sa Ciutadella ng para sa matatanda lang na accommodation na may terrace at bar. This was our second time staying here and we loved our experience. We love the room and location. The staff is a pleasure and very helpful.
