The staff was more than great. They helped us to get there during "Christmas Market" season, which is really challenging. The breakfast is great: everything fresh, nice staff, I extremely recommend it.

The coded entry for both the building and the apartment was a much-appreciated feature, as we didn’t have to worry about keys and everyone could come and go as they pleased. The property is quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were fantastic, and we felt well cared for from the moment we made our booking. They answered our questions, met us at the garage, showed us to the apartment, and explained how everything worked. Many thanks to Elsa, Glen, Ahmed, Feride, and Noha - you were all wonderful!
