Breakfast: Served fresh every morning with local ingredients, made just the way you like them. Simplicity done right. The view from the breakfast terrace alone was worth waking up for. Views: Breathtaking. Panoramic views of Batsi Bay, unfiltered sea light bouncing off the white walls, and complete silence apart from the breeze. Waking up to that landscape from bed was pure therapy. Design & Architecture: Arguably one of the best-designed boutique hotels we’ve seen in Greece. Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious. Final verdict: Iliades isn’t just a boutique, it’s an experience in itself. The bathroom had everything that someone needed plus full size perfumes for me and my mom. The shower has 5-6 different modes which made my shower very relaxing. Every single room had A/C and tvs. The Tv has signal but not for all channels which is normal for all Greek islands. The hosts brought us cookies water juice and beers which was very nice of them. Low key want to gatekeep this house so I can book every year!
