The room was very clean and smells very nice. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay. Towels and soaps were cnaged every day. The kitchen had all that we needed. Bed was very comfortable, and the view on the garden was relaxing.

Katouna Suites is a truly beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views. The location is great - peaceful around the pool but still close to Lygia and Lefkada town (if you can drag yourself away from the hotel!). Staff were excellent and friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable.

Boasting a free-form, outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers, Crystal Waters is situated in Nikiana. Hotel facilities include a modern restaurant, a bar and a 24-hour front desk. We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

Our stay with family and grandparents were fantastic. Our breakfasttable for 5 persons was every morning ready and we got fresh breakfast we had never had before in Greece so good. Also the kindness of the owners was so great. We came like guests and left like friends! We sure will come back!

Rarely have I been this pleased with a stay as I was this time at Niver. The room was very nice and me and the kids were very pleased with the amenities. But the game changer was the staff. Mrs Irini was amazing, our room was clean all of the time, it is as if she does the work for 2 people, fresh towels and bed sheets constantly and the room was clean, we have absolutely nothing to complain about, she is worth tipping some money at the end of the stay. The other game changer is Christos, nicest guy ever, as we spent a lot of time by the pool I got to know him very well, he is very helpful, very nice, always smiling and always ready to assist in any way. Please ask him of anything and he will surely help out. The pool is amazing, just enough clorinated so it does not smell, fine beaches and restaurants 5-10m by car. The hotell is situated on a height with a very nice view in the area of Fryni, ours was the penthouse apartment with an even better view. I recommend the taverna Tilegrafos, the beaches of Porto Katsiki, Agios Ioannis and Mikros gialos. Would happily go back again. Thnx to the staff for making us feel like home.

The hotel has a great location, and a private beach with sunbeds. There are SUPs and kayaks that you get for free by the lifeguard on duty. Despite the fact that there are plenty of rooms, you never feel crowded. All of the facilities are close by, and all of the staff members are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all you might need. The breakfast buffet offered many options, the food itself was delicious. We felt welcomed during our stay and we would definitely come back.
