The private balcony was such a nice bonus for relaxing. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, but still only a short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the port. Neofytos was amazing — super helpful and always quick to respond to anything I needed.

Staff were excellent and friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable.

Boasting a free-form, outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers, Crystal Waters is situated in Nikiana. Hotel facilities include a modern restaurant, a bar and a 24-hour front desk. We were a big group of 17 with 9 kids. It was perfect fit for us. Reataurant manager Heisto(right?)was really good and life guard Kim, by the pool was very helpful.

It is very well positioned in the city where things are both quiet, but also it is close to the Main Street. The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I will likely be back again some day.

Despite the fact that there are plenty of rooms, you never feel crowded. All of the facilities are close by, and all of the staff members are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all you might need. The breakfast buffet offered many options, the food itself was delicious. We felt welcomed during our stay and we would definitely come back.
