Absolutely beautiful garden. Well-stocked mini-bar and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. The garden was an oasis of calm in a very busy town. Everything smelled lovely. The host, Daniele, was really kind and helpful.

The location couldn’t be more perfect - set just steps from the heart of Capri, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It made exploring the town, catching transport and wandering the laneways effortless. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out. The team helped with our bags straight away and welcomed us with refreshing drinks and treats which was such a thoughtful touch after travelling. Their local knowledge was exceptional, especially the recommendation to try a traditional, family-run restaurant Gelsamina in Anacapri for lunch. It ended up being our favourite meal of the entire trip - authentic, warm and full of charm. Breakfast was perfectly fine, nothing overly elaborate but enough to start the day. The room, however, was a true delight—bright, beautifully kept, and full of that classic Capri character that makes you feel instantly on holiday. Overall, Piazzetta Diefenbach blends location, comfort, and genuinely caring service. We would stay again without hesitation.

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who for my birthday surprised me with a room upgrade, cake with candle after dinner and sang happy birthday! We were welcomed to enjoy the pool and facilities after check out too. An incredible stay.

Located in Anacapri, Hotel Orsa Maggiore is 3 km from the Blue Grotto. Set in landscaped gardens, it offers an infinity pool, a spa, and elegant rooms with satellite LCD TVs. Excellent service. The staff were very helpful with all of our plans. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast too! Rooms have a wonderful view.
