We especially like the wood flooring; warmer and more inviting than tiled floors. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The apartment is only 15 minutes walk to La Spezia Centrale train station and only 2 minutes walk to the local supermarket and it is situated within the beautiful old town. La Spezia is steeped in history, has a beautiful harbour and yacht club, numerous individual shops, cafes and eateries. It’s safe and pleasant to walk around and is surrounded by distant hills. Super location to visit Cinque Terre, other coastal towns and Pisa. Communication with Mattia is easy. He’s helpful and considerate. We would definitely stay again.

There is a grocery store next door, and tons of good restaurants are within walking distance. Elvira & Alain, the hosts, are very warm. They greeted us on the first day and handed over the keys. They gave us a brief introduction on cinque terra and provided us a list of good restaurants to pick. This information is very valuable. The apartment is clean and neat. The furniture is quite new. There are even two universal plugs at the bedside, which is pretty convenient. The stay has been great overall.

The spa was amazing ! Our Host Ilenia was super helpful and showed us how everything worked and provided all the information we needed for accessing walks and trains and boats to enjoy this beautiful place - including a taxi from the train. Better than any 5 star hotel !!
