I stayed in the presidential suite and it was truly stunning with the private balcony, fancy hot tub and beautiful views. It was extremely clean. There was good attention to detail including wine and a fruit platter on arrival. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it is very good value. The staff are also excellent. Although their English is not always perfect, they are so kind and always looking to help. Breakfast was a little limited but still very good, especially when delivered to eat on the terrace of your room. When booking the suites you can book the sauna and steam room for exclusive access which was nice , and the garden and outdoor jacuzzi are just dreamy! Although facilities are not huge, it has a lovely boutique villa feel which is much nicer in a way.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. A perfect 10 out of 10 — we are infinitely grateful!
