The staff were also very patient and helpful - we had some hiccups (on our own end) trying to upgrade our room, but they solved it efficiently and were super understanding, which we really appreciated.

Nasa prime location sa gitna ng Tokyo, ang HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel ay nag-aalok ng mga naka-air condition na kuwarto, restaurant, libreng WiFi, at bar. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and is in a really central location in Shinjuku, which was perfect for our stay. Our room was clean and well appointed and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating to our English speaking. Something nice about this hotel was that when we were out and about in Shinjuku and ready to head back to the hotel, all we had to do was look up and find the hotel in the skyline to know which way we needed to walk, no Google maps needed. :)

It’s very clean and has everything you need like you’re at home. There’s also a family mart beside it. Very convenient. Near the subway too. Walking distance to some major establishments like Don Quijote, supermarket, McDonalds.

Mayroon ang Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier ng fitness center, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Yokohama. Nag-aalok ang 5-star hotel na ito ng luggage storage space. The room size was much larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The rooms are really well designed and super quiet. The bath tub is divine...very deep and perfect for soaking after walking all day. The location is perfect. Close to trains and easy to walk everywhere. The mall is 2 blocks away and the 4th floor has great food. The bar is really nice and the staff were just wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank the bar staff for their kindness.
