Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

Location is great and can check in earlier if the room is ready (This was so excellent) The price was reasonable when comparing with the size.

Good location, 3 stops to Tokyo Disney resort. 2min walk to Shitomi Station. The hotel room is fairly bigger that other hotels. Receptionist can speak Mandarin, which helps us a lot! There is several convenient store and a big supermarket around the hotel. Also has some good restaurants around.
