Each level had kitchen and full bath which is a bonus. the rooftop terrace had amazing views of Mount Fuji, Fuji Q and area. location worked great for us as we had a car, but without I think it might be harder to get to. Service was amazing!!!

The en suite bathroom includes free toiletries. Nice lake view and quiet location. Room is clean, comfortable and large space. Public Onsen is nice too. Hotel provides bar to have some drink but it is mormally close at 7 am so I did not have chance to come back on time so if hotel can close the bar more lately it should be nice.

Property is in the town but for a luxury japenese experience this place is unparalleled.This super luxurious property is in the town so be aware of that . But it’s an oasis worth visiting . Escape to a world of its own . We booked a loft view room with spectacular views of Mount Fuji . The staff are amazing . Breakfast is an experience and even though we are Halaal and required a vegetarian breakfast it was no issue

We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!
