I loved the view. Room had private pool overlooking mountains with a breath taking view. Food was delicious. We ordered from hotel restaurant and prices were good. The place is quiet. Staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the outdoor shower with indoor bathroom. Room had ac. Bathroom had hot water. Towels were supplied and clean. Sheets smelled nice and fresh. It was my sister birthday and they prepared a complimentary small cute cake with few balloons. It was nice. They offered inroom breakfast but we had it in restaurant to avoid bugs and ants.

We had everything we needed. The welcome ritual was pleasant, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free so we can have 2 rooms next to each other for the whole family. We tried the spa, and the massage was OK. We recommend it to everyone planning to visit kandy and stay at a fancy hotel.
