For this price, it’s the best option in Lisbon. Having a living room with a dining and kitchen area along with a large bedroom was amazing!

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

Kaakit-akit na lokasyon sa Santa Maria Maior district ng Lisbon, ang Pousada Alfama ay matatagpuan 13 minutong lakad mula sa Commerce Square, 600 m mula sa St. Amazing location, so central in Alfama and right near some beautiful viewpoints. Still a quick walk to the main city centre. Lovely room with everything I needed - appreciated the small gifts on arrival. Would absolutely stay again if I make it back to Lisbon.

The overall experience was exceptional. The staff’s was super friendly and helpful. Everything is oriented towards families and children.

Great room, cleaning every day, very nice staff - always very helpful and with smiles. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. No second option for me - when I visit Lisbon again, I will be a Luster guest again.

Matatagpuan sa Lisbon, 12 minutong lakad mula sa Teatro Nacional D. We arrived tired. Lisbon was loud outside. At the door we met Adélia. That changed everything. She has proper manners — the old kind — and she actually looks at you when you speak. She listens. She pays attention. No rush, no fake smiles. Just professionalism done right. She is a real asset to the hotel, and honestly, she set the tone for the whole stay. Because of her, everything felt easier. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, well put together. Rooms are comfortable, modern, and quiet enough to rest after walking the city all day. Nothing excessive, nothing missing. Breakfast was very good. Fresh, well organized, and calm. It did what breakfast should do — started the day properly. Location works. Central, easy to move around, close to where you want to be without feeling trapped in noise. But what stays with you is people. And Adélia made the stay memorable. That kind of professionalism is rare.
