We stayed 8 nights and would highly recommend this place in Lisbon! The hotel , design, details and especially staff are awesome! I think it was the best hotel money / quality we ever stayed. Location is great ! Cocktails are great !

Great welcome from staff. Central location. Very comfortable size rooms and the staff is great — everyone and always.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

Very cozy facility.Our room had an excellent view to the ocean. Service was absolutely great. Breakfast buffet is above average but what is important is that they really try to please the client. Wonderful people.

Beautiful property with wonderful staff. Easy walk to waterfront, groceries, mall, train station. It’s also a very quick ride from the airport.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful new comfortable room. Comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom, good sound insulation.
