My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

Everything was perfect, clean, and well-organized. I would especially like to thank Ms. Mashael, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind. Her outstanding assistance made my stay even better. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.

Set 3 km from the U Walk by Arabian mall in Riyadh, Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC Hotel & Convention has 5 dining options, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and VIP lounge. The facilities & staff were excellent. In particular Sultan at the front desk was very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.
