A luxurious hotel, when taking pictures, it comes out very beautiful. The staff is lovely, I asked for a room with a beautiful view and got a room with a beautiful view as I dreamed. The hotel staffs are very lovely, everyone is polite and always smiling, I received good service from everyone.

We stayed at the Cactus Villa, which was stunning and truly felt like a home away from home. The photos online don’t do justice to this beautiful place—it’s even more incredible in person. The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating—they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Lou Lou Restaurant was a highlight—the food was so good that we kept ordering more, and the pricing for both food and drinks was very reasonable compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning during our last two days, but the staff were incredibly helpful and caring, doing everything they could to assist us. This hotel is truly unique—offering a boutique feel rather than a big resort vibe. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the perfect spot for you.
