The staff is so friendly, so attentive, and very respectful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. On top of it we received an upgrade for the room.They just topped it off with all the details: every day fresh water, every day your room gets cleaned, the breakfast was the best we've had throughout our journey in Thailand, they even "design" the scrambled eggs on your plate with a little fresh flower, they bring you fresh fruit to the pool. They take the leaves out of the pool like the moment it drops ;) Also the other food and cocktails are very good. They help you find whatever you're looking for in terms of daytrips, transport, etc. What a lovely hospitable team of staff they have, they really engage in a real conversation! And besides that the hotel lies in a great location on walking distance to the centre of Chiang Rai and the Saturday market is around the corner of the hotel. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and when we return to Thailand, we will return to Mora Hotel.

Em was a total sweetheart and really made our trip especially wonderful! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Nice linens & pillows and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure! The lobby is so pretty and inviting for breakfast, an afternoon break or to meet up with friends for a drink. Location was perfect for visiting temples and the night market. It was our favorite hotel while traveling in Thailand. We can't wait to return!!

I enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym room. The buffet breakfast is also great and I love to sit outdoor to enjoy the morning breeze! Apart from the hardware, I appreciate very much the prompt response and friendly smile of all front desk staff. In the first night of stay, we experienced inadequate heating up of water for shower. Your front desk staff responded instantly to my call and had everything checked and put right the next morning. I would like to express my gratitude to Game, the customer manager of the hotel and her staff for making our stay in a most relaxed and pleasant way.

Situated along the banks of Pai River, within tropical gardens, Pai Village Boutique Resort provides rustic wooden cottages. It provides massage services and is only a 5-minute walk from Wat Pa Kham Temple. We had a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful clean place in the heart of Pai. Although it’s right in the centre and surrounded by cool bars and restaurants, we found it very quiet and relaxing. The staff are super helpful and friendly, always smiling and kind. And the hotel restaurant is great for dinner, with live music and good breakfast as well. We loved everything!
