Chilled and friendly owners/staff. Quite 'local' in feel, meaning there may be noise in the lobby at night from karaoke etc. But this didn't affect my stay at all. The soundproofing is fine. 3-minute walk to beach along main road. Convenient location for beach with great views, Big C for food/drink, etc.
