My favourite part of the property was how it was designed and decorated. I thought it was really beautiful, and as authentic as a new hotel can be. All the staff were absolutely amazing. Two of my favourites were Lilly and sunny, but there were so many more beautiful people that I don’t remember the names of. It’s located next to the rice patties and you can ride your bike there and it’s a very peaceful area.. breakfast was lovely and the pool area was beautiful.

The staff were amazing, special thanks to Tracy she made us feel like we were at home. The staff were also very helpful when it came to booking day trips/ planning activities. I loved the chill vibe of this hotel. It felt cozy and relaxing to spend 3 nights here. It's definitely a good place for families and couples. We are gonna come back here next time for sure. The beach is also located very near the hotel and old town is located around 8 min away with a car/taxi/motorbike.

The luxury hotel was in a fabulous location. It was within easy walking distance of downtown Hoi An. After the busyness of the city, it was delightful to walk back each night along the river to our restful hotel. The staff graciously changed our first floor room to a second floor room that allowed us even better views of the river and the boats going by. There were outside tables at which to enjoy breakfast each morning (included) and a very inexpensive tea was offered in the afternoon. There was also a moored boat to sit on to enjoy cocktails. A free bus to and from the beach and access to free bicycles were added perks. The staff were all delightful and helpful in booking things such as the outstanding cultural experience at Hoi An Memories Land. (within walking distance)
