Spacious rooms, very comfortable. Prompt lifts so not much waiting (it is a big tower). Lovely staff, very helpful. Beautiful spa, we had a relaxing afternoon. We had a New Year’s eve meal at Prime 68 pre-booked, also amazing. Bathroom large with shower and bath. (corner room). Loved the pool which was heated.
