The staff at check-in (Sami) was more than excellent. His service was beyond our expectations and his personality made the check in process a breeze. I like that the check-out time is 12:00, the free breakfast, the free parking, the pool area, the room was spacious, we rarely waited for an elevator even if the hotel was crowded, etc.

This hotel is located next to RCGT Park, 2.5 mi from downtown Ottawa. It features an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool and hot tub, and free WiFi.

This was the day AirCanada was on strike & canceled flights. I was able to get a room and at an affordable rate. The property was clean and the check in staff was very understanding and responsive…. Everyone for the most part was nice.

This Ottawa, Ontario hotel is in the center of Byward Market, a 10-minute walk to the Ottawa Convention Centre and just over half a mile from the Alexandra Bridge.

The breakfast was fine, and very convenient. The location was perfect for walking around and site seeing. There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
