Everything about my stay was really good! A special thanks to the receptionist who helped us at 4 AM by speaking to the cab driver — that was a huge help. The receptionist near the gym is always smiling and eager to assist, even with limited English, which is really appreciated. The receptionist by the breakfast area always greets guests with a warm smile, both when entering and leaving. The service team is wonderful: The cleaning crew keeps the rooms absolutely spotless. The sauna and steam room are excellent. The bathroom is well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The views are beautiful. The gym is decent and functional. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Very convenient location. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There are many attractions within close distance via the metro. Around the hotel, there are a few malls which is very important to our family with young kids. There are so many shops and interesting food places to choose from and our kids were just so excited.
