The hotel/resort was amazing from the moment we walked in to the day we left. Two large pool areas, one with a slide for the younger ones. The beach- the sand & the water were breath taking. White sand that led to clear waters and a DJ in the middle to set all the right moods. There was a game room available for kids of all ages - perfect touch- and gym amenities. Would recommend

I had a room right off the elevator that was hot and Noisy - From midnight to 730 am all i could here were noisy patrons getting off of the elevator - I was much more comfortable at the neighboring facility Ocean resort which I stayed the weekend before - i will say I will not be back to the Marriott unless someone provides me a guarantee - 239-898-6261 very displeased and I haven't even received a receipt for my bill either.

Everyone at the hotel staff were professional and friendly. Specially TODD, manager and Scott from reception. I would definitely refer this hotel over JW Marriott for stay!
