We had an unforgettable family stay at JW Marriott Berlin. As a family of five with 3 girls, we were impressed by the exceptional service. Sahr Mbawa at Concierge was superb - he swiftly resolved our room issue; making sure our kids' room was right next to us. He also provided excellent recommendations on local attractions, shopping, and transport. His support extended to resolving an issue at the market breakfast, which truly made a difference. His exceptional service led to us extending our stay from the original 19th to 29th Dec to ending on Jan 3rd, 2026. Ahmed Badawi friendly and humorous approach made him a pleasure to interact with. He assisted with various needs, showed us useful services, and even helped with the transport app. Also, Lia Lüttger at reception was outstanding. She seamlessly connected our booking to the app and was very relatable. What truly stood out was her remembering my birthday (Dec 27th) and wedding anniversary (Dec 28th) when I met her today (Dec 29th) - impressive, given she wasn't working those days. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and great location made our stay memorable. The kids especially loved it!
