Brand new hotel with a beautiful design and great attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time — including our dog (they even have an adorable dog menu!) and friends visiting with young children, who were given activity books and colored pencils. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely attentive and careful with my food allergies. Everyone was kind and welcoming, with a special thank you to Lynn and Ethan for making our Christmas stay feel so warm and special.

The bed is super comfortable, like sleeping in the cloud. The TV have enough functions for you to watch your YouTube channel or connect with your device. The staff are super nice and professional, great advice and very helpful to reach london city. The hotel have also other facilities for free to use without any hassle on the price. (gym, waiting room while waiting for the flight) Location is quite but easy to be reached with the bus and train.

The accommodation features a business centre and luggage storage for guests.... Great staff, spaces, facilities and room was well appointed. Great travel location on the freeman. Easily recommend this stay and great value for money.
