The room is clean, with balcony and nice views to the swimmingpool and the Andaman sea. The staffs are really helpful, kind and so friendly. From the front desk, Mr. Oatmilk to the restaurant staff- Ms. Warmmy. They are kind and served us in the best way. I'm so sorry that I could not remember all the names of the staffs at restaurant. But they are a great team esp. At Merchant Kitchen. I enjoyed my food , drinks and relaxing all day. Thanks Marriott. You have a great team there.

Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach offers quiet, secluded accommodation within walking distance of Nai Yang’s main beach. It boasts a restaurant and a large lagoon pool winding through the resort. The food was amazing and the pool looking onto the beach was fantastic. Staff was super nice and friendly.

Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
