It was the first time in 31 years my husband and i went anywhere with out the children. Our room overlooked the pool. We had a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs and were only a block walk to the beach.

A wonderful resort stay. The room was perfectly spaced out and had all the needed amenities. The day we visited was rainy so we stayed indoors mostly and we enjoyed the cosy feel the room provided.

    I loved the design features of the motel, and the fire pits were a nice touch. The restaurant had a great vibe, good food and the music was excellent as well.

    This really was a gem of a find on our holiday, lovely place with exceptional facilities. They have gone out of their way to turn this from a motel to a boutique style hotel and it works! the communal fire pits were a real treat to and a great way to meet people over an afternoon drink. The breakfast voucher at Bird on the Roof was a great touch too.
