We loved the location especially during the Christmas season (we stayed the second week of December). Special thanks to the staff who arranged a room on the 17th floor with a fantastic view (we stayed in a room opposite the Berlin TV tower). We simply loved staying in the room looking at our view. The room was super clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Bar was well stocked, area was relaxing and a very chilled environment.
