Our receptionist, who I think was the owner, was an enthusiastic, helpful and caring guy, with a lot of recommendation what to see, where to see. On a price-value ratio this motel rated a 10.0 for our stay in Dec/2023.

Nice staff, simple and free parking. Comfortable beds. The accommodation is next to Route 66, close to stores and sightseeing points in Seligman. You can eat with a discount in the neighboring restaurant. If you explore Route 66, it a good place to take a rest here. The pictures, stickers, the shower curtain in the room are all decorated with Route 66 related things/signs. The accommodation is just a 25-30-minute drive to Indian Rd 18 which leads to Havasupai Trailhead.

Red Rock State Park is 10 minutes’ drive from the motel. Sedona Airport is 3.1 km from Sugar Loaf Lodge. The room was spacious and well appointed. Super convenient to park close to the room. The pool and jacuzzi area was very nice. Also, great location in Sedona. Will stay again!
