Location is exactly at the center, front of Olivarez College. It was cold but we enjoyed the pool with a gym and spa in front. We got a free upgrade to Family Room and have our parents stayed with us which TCH don't mind, the room can even accomodate 6 persons, we're very satisfied, it was pet friendly but if you got 2 pets, you'll need to pay for the other. Also pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool area. Free parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. You will also get a complete basics from toiletries to utensils and coffee needs.

Guests may go for a swim in the pool with a view. Free Wifi, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator are offered.

The view was amazing, we enjoyed sitting on the patio! The apartment was super comfortable and clean. There are two delicious restaurants right across the street and a 7-eleven downstairs. We took the bus from Manila and it dropped us right outside.
