The property was under construction and we were told we would have no view and ended up on the 7th floor with one night full view of Fuji with a huge room. The space was enormous. Bigger than most US hotels and the staff helped ship us luggage we left that was very important to us. We ended up having the Japanese meal there which was amazing.
