The room is huge! Clean and comfortable. Onsen is nice and quiet due to how they only let 4 people in at a time. Price point is great. I’ll definitely continue choosing Super Hotel chain.

Everything about this place is amazing, so unexpected theme in Japan. Food was amazing, onsen it was great. It was just all good.

- Very local small town located near a beautiful lake with ducks and swans. We enjoyed exploring the countryside and the local towns around. Excellent access from Tokyo. Very affordable price. - The view from the bath facilities is amazing. Futon beds are soft and comfy. - The building was warm and cozy. The food was nice. - Tennis court rental is available.

Hotel Shin Makomo is a recently renovated ryokan in Itako where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and bar.

The cost to comfort and service ratio is excellent. The route Inn is not a "High End" hotel, but it is a comfortable hotel that for the price is an excellent choice. Their onsen is also wonderful.

The hotel staff was very kind, two onsen’s, provided yukata’s with new ones whenever we wanted. Called a taxi when we requested.
