The host was fantastic, friendly, informative and caring. Felt like I was visiting my favourite auntie and was right at home. Would highly recommend if you just want peace and quiet in are clean and tranquil environment. Loved it.

Mercy’s place is located in a quiet and peaceful location in Buckleys, which is not touristy at all. Easily accessible to pretty much everywhere in the island (we had rented a car).

I must say from the moment I arrived I fell in love ! Everything was perfect, host was very helpful and courteous. I was also pleased with the fact that they had kitchen utensils , so I was able to prepare meals at any given time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean but overall I must say I enjoyed my 3 nights stay and definitely will be going back😊 so I definitely recommend!!

The Apartment was clean. All Utensil, refrigerator stove and matches was available for our use and functional. We loved the area, the scenery, and It was good to have Laundry service on site. Any issue arose it was promptly taken care of. Had A/C, running water and Electricity at all time, even when the Govt, system was down they had their own back up. The Owners were very friendly and Humble.

One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bed! 😂 It was incredibly soft and plush, making it feel like we were lying on a cloud. Every time I sank into it, I felt as if I was enveloped in a warm embrace. The overall cleanliness of the space added to the comfort, and the attention to detail made it a truly pleasant environment. We couldn’t have asked for a more inviting place to unwind and relax.

I received a welcome gift which was nice. The host came by to chat with me and find out the activities I was doing since I was there for Carnival. She was responsive when it came to fixing issues. people were friendly in the neighbourhood.

Location right on the beach, modern suites, amazing food across all restaurants, and very attentive and friendly staff that always went above and beyond. It was extremely baby friendly while feeling more upscale than a typical family oriented hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic. We took an island tour from Chaka Taxi Service, which was a total rip off. When the staff found out what the taxi service did to us, they were as upset as us. They were wonderful.

The wide range of choices of restaurants, the food was exceptional, and the variety was impressive. The facility had a wide range of choices for different types of individuals, and the staff was so welcoming. The waitresses in the buffet restaurant were the greatest.

The rooms on the hillside are ridiculous, one of the coolest hotel rooms I've stayed in, including anything from Aman or the Four Seasons.

Location very convenient for Dockyard touring, restaurant quality excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large.

I loved every single thing about this property! It’s absolutely beautiful and the views are picturesque. It’s a smaller resort comprising of villas and one main dining area. The food was exceptional!!! Chef Faye never missed. The staff get to know you and make sure you are always comfortable. We will definitely be back to see Kris and Ronald the bartender was amazing! The best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed in.
