Especially the hospitality from the hostess was exceptional. She was so friendly and made sure we were provided with everything we needed. Also, she made us a really nice breakfast in the morning (which was a surprise for us as we didn’t even know breakfast was included). The rooms are very clean and we loved the view. Our frontview was over the lake and there’s huge mountains on the other side. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality stood out.

Where do we even start! We had a wonderful stay in a guesthouse. The structure is very modern and the room is airy and roomy, bathroom also very modern and equipped with toiletries. The room was squeaky clean and linen fresh! We really appreciated little touches like bringing figs and plums for greeting and then breakfast in the morning that was brought to the room after we rang a bell. How convenient! Thank you for your hospitality!

The view from the room was fantastic! It is positioned in a good location, only a 5-6 minute walk from the city center and main restaurants. The most notable thing was the amazing hospitality of the cute couple Hilmi and his lady, who made sure to provide everything we needed and made our stay very pleasant.

Cute, clean and comfortable home with nice views of the lake. Easily walkable to restaurants and the promenade. Beds are comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom. Our kids loved the kitties and tortoises in the garden. Great host!

    Very modern looking, new apartment with beautiful views. A nice tablet set to sit outside & read. It provided parking. They offered a fantastic breakfast with a view to die for. This was a last minute reservation for 1 night. They were ready for us. Ask about, beforehand, where to turn left when you drive into the town because Google maps will guide you wrong.

    Everything was great about this place. It was easy to find, and well marked. There was secure parking for our rental car, and it was just up the road from shore of the beautiful lake. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. I will stay here again next time I go to Lake Skader! Excellent value!!!

    This is a new five star villa on the mountain ( the sea & Budva are not visible from the villa ) . It is perfect for those who are looking to relax away from the busy city. It’s a New four bedroom villa with remote gate , private parking , private swimming pool and garden .

    A room with a view! Unfortunately no balcony (which appears to be rare in Albania). Iart is easy to find and beautifully located on a short walk (uphill) from the lakeside. The host was very friendly and helped with parking in a secure, gated spot. Breakfast was nice.
