The host was absolutely helpful and breakfast was rich and delicious. The bedlinen was clean and the beds were comfortable. She even provided toiletries for us. The bathroom was also clean. It's an ideal stopover to make hikings in the mountain and visit the famous Tatev monastery.

Very nice stay! We had a very beautiful room with huge windows and a nice view. Everything was very clean and the owners were very friendly. We couldn't even finish the breakfast it was so much food 😅 in the end the owners gave us a small present from the Guesthouse! P.s. in autumn it can get pretty cold at night, better turn on the AC directly for heating the room 😊

Armen and his wife are not just hosts – they made us feel like part of their family! We shared their table every morning and evening with delicious homemade food. They have a wonderful garden where they grow lots of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The fish Armen grilled on the barbecue was incredibly tasty. Extremely kind, warm, hospitable, and fun people! The view from the veranda is beautiful, and the starting station of the cable car to the Tatev Monastery is very close by. The room is cozy; the bathroom is shared, but that didn’t cause us any problems. We also met other travelers, and the evenings were filled with interesting conversations + Google Translate :) . We will cherish amazing memories of Armen and his family, their home, and of Halidzor and beautiful Armenia!
