The property is outstanding. It is very beautiful and well kept. The architecture and style are gorgeous. It’s comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and if you need dinner the hosts happily help you by offering to provide it from their restaurant they own nearby. The views of the mountain are breathtaking to have with coffee. We also loved how easy it was to organise horse riding, cycling, or hiking through the canyon which is on the Transcaucasian trail.

This is an absolutely amazing property! The reality is even better than the pictures. You immerse into a small paradise with great food, breathtaking views, and cute cats and dogs around. Hrach, the owner, is an incredible host who deeply cares about making guests experience unique. I highly recommend staying for at least few nights. There is so much to see, explore, and also enjoy the property itself.

I liked literally everything: The Room, the pool, the restaurant with it's food. I also liked the Gaming, Library, Billiard rooms that are accessible 24/7. Very highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Very central location, amazing view from the balcony. Lovely and welcoming hosts. The apartment is brand new with all the necessary facilities and even more )) Very clean, cozy and warm. There is an electric heater but the apartment is very warm anyway. I would like to spend more time there.
