The quantity and the food was very good

My mother stayed at this hotel for a week, and she was extremely satisfied with her stay. The hotel offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The nearby forest allows you to enjoy nature at its best. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to help and ensuring everything was managed on time. Overall, the environment was very pleasant, making it a wonderful place to relax.

Nice place. Good comfortable apartments. All necessarily for barbecue.

Good balance all around place in this price range. There are no real weak points. Very nice staff.

Such a cozy lil apartment with a beautiful view. Even kitchen was fitted all necessary things. Totally loved the stay. Very veryyy helpful host - Even though minor inconveniences happened due to heavy snowfall, the host was more than available to rectify it and assist us. Helped us a lot. Totally enjoyed the stay.

Very nice and accomodating staff that allowed us to check-in early (since the house was already available) and let us leave our luggage at the reception the next day. Facilities are good, beds are comfortable, location is nice.

The cottage is clean and comfortable. Checking in is a breeze with a very friendly family. The neighborhood is quiet and only a 3 minute walk to the center where there are restaurants and such. Sitting outdoors is a pleasure with the garden just out the door. Staying in Tsaghkazdor is a pleasure here. Worth it!!!!!!

the staff are friendly and helpful

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything felt cozy and pleasant. I also really enjoyed the breakfast there was a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location great, very easy to go to the city and to the ropeway. Pool and sauna and hamam was great.
