Our hostess fixed us a wonderful breakfast every morning! Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful...after three nights we left feeling like family. We loved the view of Mt. Ararat from the kitchen window!

They provide lovely snacks every morning and evening, and fruits, tea, and coffee are always available. The kitchen is brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need. First of all, the great hospitality of the owners. I was immediately welcomed with a glass of wine and some fruits. Secondly, what a great house and especially the garden just opposite the house. It really enables you to relax after a day of hiking/sightseeing/... The room was very spacious, had airconditioning, good mattresses and nice pillows. The shower worked extremely well. Towels and refreshments are provided. And lastly, I loved the breakfast! Thank you so much for this great experience!

Everything was great, dinner that family has prepared was amazing. Here you can feel true Armenian hospitality. Beds are comfortable and there's a nice common area with ping pong table and backgammon. Wonderful stay!

The room was very comfortable and perfectly suited to what I was looking for. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature, and having a barbecue. I also really appreciated the privacy the place offers, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and they paid attention to every little detail. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the days I spent there. It was exactly the kind of place I needed to relax and disconnect, and I will definitely be coming back many more times.

Остались в полном восторге от A Frame Denver! Домик находится в очень красивом и уединённом месте, вдали от городского шума и суеты. Вокруг природа, горы и потрясающие виды на каньон - особенно приятно просто выйти утром на улицу с чашкой кофе и наслаждаться тишиной. Сам дом прекрасно обставлен, очень уютный, тёплый и комфортный. Внутри есть всё необходимое для проживания, всё продумано так, что действительно чувствуешь себя как дома. Большие окна и виды из домика создают отдельную атмосферу. Территория вокруг большая, можно гулять, наслаждаться природой и просто проводить время на свежем воздухе. Это отличное место, если хочется на несколько дней уехать подальше от города, отдохнуть в тишине и перезагрузиться. Отдельное спасибо людям, которые присматривают за домом. Нас очень тепло встретили, были внимательны и доброжелательны, а ещё угостили свежими персиками, яблоками и домашним мёдом - было невероятно приятно и добавило ещё больше тепла нашему пребыванию. Однозначно одно из тех мест, куда хочется вернуться. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и смело рекомендуем A Frame Denver тем, кто ищет красивое, спокойное и по-настоящему уютное место в Армении.

It's really nice here with all the cottage renovations and upgrades. They now have 2 beautiful bathrooms downstairs. They are very clean and beautifully decorated. They also now have 2 new aircon units. The beds have new sheets and they are super comfortable to sleep in. They fixed up the kitchen to be fully working. They have all new windows and window screens. The fiber internet was fast and reliable. The owners invested a lot of money into the property and it shows. The outside garden was beautiful with nice lights at night. The atmosphere was quite magical. The host, as always, was super friendly and caring, and gave us fruits several times to snack on. She also gave me a few gifts at checkout, as well as give the girls some beautiful flowers from the garden to take home. We also had some special requests, some of which seemed a bit too much to ask for, but we were desperate. We added a few visitors for the day and the host had no problem at all accepting our inquiry. I think it's time to raise your prices, because this is a STEAL at the current listed prices for a room there. This wasn't our first stay here, but it was by far the best stay after so many enhancements were made to the property. You will see us again, and I wish you well.

The host is responsive and accommodating. We got good recommendations of the places in the vicinity and some help otherwise. Amenities are as advertised on the website. It is a good base to explore the neighborhood.

Very nice people, clean room and bathroom. Short stay but well priced.

The hospitability and location and apricote

Fascinating views to Byurakan gorge and non stop sound of river. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, new renovation. Breakfast was great with 2 hot dishes, jams and greens although too much amount of food per person, I think.
