Rosanna the housekeeper was the kindest soul and made my trip to Armenia extra special with her kindness!

Armen and his family run this hostel, and they are incredibly warm and inviting. His wife meticulously cleans the hostel every day. It’s one of the cleanest I’ve been in! The hostel has plenty of space for all staying and two fully equipped kitchens (one on each floor) which I loved! Armen helped me book my transport back to Georgia and even answered when I called at 6am with concerns about the transport. Thank you Armen for the hospitality!

Our group of 10 had an amazing time at this beautiful villa! The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. One of the highlights is the large private pool in the garden, which must be incredible in warmer months—unfortunately, since we visited in winter, we couldn’t use it, but it still added to the villa’s charm. The location is excellent—close to the city center yet in a peaceful area. The outdoor dining space and balcony with city views made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved having the option to cook and barbecue together. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and making sure we had a smooth stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Yerevan—it's a fantastic choice for a group stay! 10/10, we would love to come back again

Everything was great the host mr. Tigran was very nice. The villa was modern new and spacious. The garden of the villa was our favourite part and especially during spring it was fantastic. We will definitely be back. It became our favourite spot so far.

The property is well-equipped. Georgi, the host is amazing at helping with tips, troubleshooting and being quick with our requests. He goes the extra mile if he can. The kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations, which made it pleasant to cook for our meals. There's a convenient store 3 houses away with the kindest shopkeepers. When we called for taxi on Yandex Go app, it would usually take no longer than 5 min to have the car in fron of the gate and it wouldn't cost us much to visit city attractions by taxi everyday.

The room was nice and big. Comfortable bed with soft leanen. Tea kettle with tea bags and coffee.

So far, I had no issues during my stay for a week. Overall it was great, the owner was approachable also. Thank you for the great accommodation.😊👍👍👍👍

Very close to the city center but in a quiet place for good sleep. Everything we needed was available - kitchen corner with cooking facilities, big fridge, washing machine, ironing desk. We parked in front of the house. Overall very good experience.

The breakfast is really good and healthy. The location is a bit far, but it's good to walk in the cold weather to enjoy the fresh air and get some exercise. The owner is very supportive, accommodating, and helpful during our stay.

Everything. The location was perfect. We could walk to the republic square in 20 mins. Restaurants, markets, everything was available. The tour guides picked up from location with minimal effort. The room was so clean and cosy. The hosts were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was much more in quantity and quality than expected. It was a very welcoming and hospitable place. Definitely recommend it!

Large rooms and very clean, excellent stuff & helpful.

The location is perfect, Initially i booked for 1 day and extended to 2nd day. New modern building, nice clear rooms and friendly staffs. Amazing location. Breakfast is amazing. Accessibility to the city very fast. near the local tourist market.

Host was very communicative and paitent with little Armenian. I didn't realize I needed to pay with cash, and he gave me a full day to take out cash to pay. He helped me with my bags up the stairs when I arrived and offered to help when we left as well! We couldn't meet when we checked out, but wasn't upset when we left the keys on the table.

They were helpful . I have had not put my 3 years old child on reservation but they checked me in . Room was clean . location was not my case cause i used uber like apps . Hot shower , and clean wc . Breakfast was simple but was Ok for me . Will go back there again .

Excellent location for exploring Yerevan. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The room was very quiet even though we were on a busy street. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel experience was absolutely wonderful, the staff were very friendly and hard working. Enjoyed my last week in Yerevan more staying there. Would come back again definitely 💯
