I like this place. Each visit I stay here. Old,, but still alive 5* stars hotel, clean, extremely friendly.

Very aesthetically pleasing inside, with large spaces, and every detail well-maintained. The equipment is incredible—this was the first place in Armenia where we saw a microwave. The hosts are kind and helpful; we were able to leave our luggage without any problem. Great location for those with a car who want to explore the mountains and the areas around Yerevan (e.g., Lake Kari, the canyon between Hovhannavank Monastery).

The breakfast at Latar Hotel was amazing, offering a wide variety of items including juices, hot drinks, eggs, cheese, sausages, and more, making it a very complete meal. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and the DJ by the pool added an incredible vibe to the atmosphere. The thing I loved the most about Latar Hotel was the DJ by the outdoor pool. Overall, the peaceful location, excellent facilities, and great service make Latar my top choice for future visits to Yerevan.

The best hotel! We originally planned to stay for just two nights, but everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay for another week. They allowed us to remain in the same room, which made our extended stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff are truly exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel has a great atmosphere, huge swimming pool and amazing restaurant. There are two villas on the property, and we booked the wooden one, which exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children, and the villa had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. A real highlight for us was the children’s room. It’s beautifully designed with so much care and taste — it honestly feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The kids absolutely loved it, and for us as parents it was a big plus to see how thoughtfully everything was arranged for families.

The host was very flexible with both checking-in and checking-out, which made arriving from the airport and catching my plane much less stressful. Great communication as well!

During our stay, everything was perfect. Before arrival, the lady asked about our diets, and breakfast was adjusted accordingly. Simple but wonderful place. Very safe and quiet neighborhood (embassies with guards in buildings around). Guide for Armenia, arranged by the lady, spoke perfect English and was very competent. And as a souvenir, we got a box of local herbal tea. Super stay, highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I was able to correspond with the hotel staff prior to arrival to arrange transportation. Pick up at the airport was a breeze ..the hotel was very clean quiet and comfortable.

Clean big room, and most importantly close to the airport- so good place to rest up before a long flight. About a 15 minute walk from the international airport, so worked perfectly for my needs
