location and the service was very good. moreover since the hotel is relatively very new, all the facilities were very good. host or the staff made good special vegetarian breakfast for us . very good ambience and good quite neighborhood with good view. also the balcony made it possible to enjoy the morning coffee.

The hosts were really nice and funny :) The bed comfortable, the guest house clean and the food good! The surroundings in the middle of nature is super beautiful. What to ask more? :)

This place is an excellent choice for groups and is set up very well. The hosts are gracious and inviting. Overall I give this experience a 10/10 due to how welcome we felt and how much we enjoyed a well set up and functional place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gifted us some delicious home-made sweets. The complex is beautifully and uniquely decorated. The food and wine we served were delicious.

The villa is located in a quiet village, right across from a store, and has easy access to the highway. It was clean, spacious,, and had all the amenities we needed. Very friendly hosts, too.

Super mind blowing location - on a large boulder by the edge of a cliff, yet safe enough. If coming with children, would highly recommend keeping a close eye. Very cozy and spacious bungalow, amazing owners. Highly recommended. Had coffee and tea, the necessary spices for cooking and overall very satisfied with our stay.

The accomodation is excellent thanks to its location and the very welcoming, friendly attitude of the owners. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the friendly, family-like atmosphere really helped us get a feel for local life. The homemade barbecue and fish were perfekt !!! Many thanks for the wonderful three days we spent here.

We loved everything about Khachatryan’s Guest House. The cleanliness was beyond reproach and the facilities in the room were new. We were provided with a kettle, tea and coffee and a great view to the garden. We loved the garden, which simply invites you to come and sit in the comfortable hanging rockers and pick a few sweet grapes from the arbor. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and excellent, including eggs, different coffees or teas, breads, honey with honeycomb, cheeses, etc. Mostly, we so enjoyed meeting our host, Edgar. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and provided great dinner recommendations. He was so personable and friendly that we quickly considered him a friend.

The host was so friendly and she greeted us very well. The shower was great, and the bed was spectacular. Breakfast and dinner were so delicious. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here. Very welcoming owners. If you want to escape city rush, this is the perfect place to stay. This is wonderful country side house, our kids loved this place. We also ordered delicious dinner from the host.
